CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that when planning a trip the unexpected often happens. Therefore we will be happy to adjust dates of a reservation without penalty.
Cancellations must be made by noon local time 7 days prior to arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled before noon local time 7 days prior to arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a reservation is cancelled after noon local time 7 days prior to arrival a one-time $15.00 fee will be charged.
Early check out will be treated as a cancellation and no refunds will be given.
If a reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, one night's site fee will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
